PCN Bill: Hope Alive As Peace Corps Pays Congratulatory Visit To Vice President-Elect

Hope seems on the way as the Vice president-elect, His Excellency, Kashim Shettima was on Saturday, received the delegation of Peace Corps of Nigeria (PCN) Officers led by its National Commandant, Professor Dickson Akoh in his Abuja residence.

While speaking, Prof. Akoh stated that the visit was to congratulate the Vice President-Elect on his well deserved victory from the just concluded General Elections, and also to appreciate him for the enormous support he gave to the Peace Corps of Nigeria at the National Assembly which led to the smooth passage and harmonization of the Nigerian Peace Corps Establishment Bill.

Akoh who eulogized the Vice President-Elect for his outstanding performance since elected, he added that the Youth of Nigeria are very proof him for his vocal and intelligent display at public functions so far.
