The Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN), Ekiti State Chapter, is proud to identify with its Vice President, South West, Alhaji Ayodeji Ogunsakin, as he is set to be honored by Ekiti Future Agenda (EFA).
In a statement made available to TopNews in Ado-Ekiti by the SWAN chairman Quozeem Oladapo and the secretary Bisi Ogunleye congratulates Ogunsakin on EFA Award.
Alhaji Ogunsakin is to be recognized with an award of “An Emerging Leader in Sports Broadcast Journalism” at the Ekiti Future Agenda’s 16th Anniversary Ceremony.
“No doubt, the award is another feather to the SWAN Vice President’s cap, which he deserved due to his contributions to Sports Development in Ekiti State, in the last 20 years”.
While SWAN Ekiti appreciate Ekiti Future Agenda for the honour being bestowed on Alhaji Ogunsakin, the body of Sport journalists congratulate the awardee on his recognition.
“It is our prayer that the Lord will continue to be with Alhaji Ogunsakin, grant him good health and long life as he continues to contribute his quota to Sports Journalism in Ekiti, South West zone and in the country at large”, the statement concluded.
