The Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN), Ekiti State chapter has congratulated the Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti for winning the 2025 Nigeria Polytechnic Games (NIPOGA), for the third consecutive time.
According to a statement made available to TopNews in Ado-Ekiti by the SWAN Chairman, comrade Qozeem Oladepo and Secretary; comrade Bisi Ogunleye, SWAN commended the institution’s Management, Sports Office, Staff, Students, Athletes and the entire Polytechnic community, over this feat.
The body of Sports Writers particularly noted the hard work of the Sports Office, led by Mrs Jumoke Abe, who has simply continued with the legacy of previous years by ensuring yet another success in a competition involving over 50 institutions.
“By winning the 22nd edition after previous victories in the 20th and 21st editions, the Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti has shown its commitment to excellence obtained by hard work, planning and Management support”.
SWAN therefore calls on the Ekiti State Sports Commission to synergise with the Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti, in harnessing sport potentials in the institution for the general sports development of Ekiti State.
The association therefore congratulate the winner of the annual competition and urged to keep the flag flying.
