120-Hours Cooking: Ekiti First Lady, Oyebanji, Expresses Support For Damilola Adeparusi

Wife of the Ekiti State Governor, Dr. Mrs. Olayemi Oyebanji has drums her public support for Damilola Adeparusi, an Ekiti indigene and a 300 level undergraduate student of the Department of Mass Communication of the Federal University, Oye Ekiti (FUOYE), who is making an attempt to cook for a period of 120 hours to beat Hilda Baci’s record.

Dr. Olayemi Oyebanji in a post on her facebook page, commended Chef Damilola Adeparusi who has so far spent 70 hours for her determination and boldness in attempting to break the Guinness World record for the longest cooking marathon.

According to her Excellency, Dr. Oyebanji said, “the last 70 hours has been about Chef Dammy, a determined Ekiti undergraduate, who is making a bold attempt to break the Guinness World record for the longest cooking marathon. For me, it’s her courage and determination to stand for something positive, using her God-given talent to make a statement”.

Continuing, Her Excellency said, “Miss Damilola Adeparusi, surely has our love and support as she forges ahead to make this bold statement”.

“I salute your courage Chef Dammy, for your decision to run your own race. Congratulations”, the Ekiti first lady gives her encouragement.
