KITI FACE Foundation for Human Development, in collaboration with Ekundayo Kolawole, son of the late Chief Hon. Gbenga Omotayo Kolawole popular known as “Tenten”, has put smiles on the faces over two hundred school girls in Ekiti State.
The foundation in a well delivered super message with a major concentration on sensitization and relief outreach to the promising star-girls of C.A.C Grammar School, Efon Alaaye, in commemoration of 2026 World Menstrual Hygiene Day amidst pomp and peagantry.
The world annual event organized under the global theme tagged: “Together For A Periodically World”, was held on Monday at a spacious school premisies of C.A.C Grammar School in Efon Alaaye, the headquarters of Efon Local Government in Ekiti State.

The campaign focuses on building a world where no girl is held back by her period, and where every girl has access to safe, affordable, and hygienic menstrual products.
As part of the intervention, more than 200 schoolgirls received free sanitary pads and participated in an interactive sensitisation session on menstrual health, hygiene practices, and breaking period stigma.
Addressing participants at the program, representatives of KITI FACE Foundation reaffirmed the organization’s commitment to advocating for the dignity, health, education, and empowerment of girls and women across Ekiti State and beyond.
According to him, “at KITI FACE Foundation for Human Development, we remain committed to ensuring that menstruation never becomes a barrier to education or dignity,” the Foundation stated.
“We believe that every girl deserves the confidence to manage menstruation safely and proudly, without discrimination or limitation.”
The collaboration with Ekundayo Kolawole was described as a demonstration of community-driven support in memory of the late Chief Hon. Gbenga Omotayo Kolawole “Tenten”, whose legacy of service continues to impact the people of Efon Alaaye community and its environ.
The outreach is part of KITI FACE Foundation’s ongoing efforts to end period poverty and promote menstrual health equity for girls and women in underserved communities.
