A first class traditional rulers in Ekiti State, and a member of Pelupelu, the Elemure of Emure-Ekiti, HRM Oba Emmanuel Adebowale Adebayo, has passed away.
According to reports made available to TopNews in Ado-Ekiti, the traditional ruler joined his ancestors on Thursday in Lagos after a brief illness.
Although, the palace chiefs and family members have not made an official announcement, a reliable source confirmed the news to our Correspondent.
Oba Adebayo was enthroned in 2008 and was a direct descendant of Late Oba Simeon Aminmin II, who reigned in Emure Ekiti from 1953-1963.
