The International Institute of Journalism (IIJ), Ado-Ekiti Campus has announced that its matriculation ceremony for the 2023/2024 academic session is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, 30th April 2024 at the School premises along NTA Ado-Ekiti.
According to a release made available to TopNews in Ado-Ekiti by the Centre Coordinator, Mr. Dare Daniels, the matriculation ceremony will commence at 10am prompt. The programme will feature a matriculation lecture delivered by Hon. Yemisi Ayokunle, Special Adviser to the Ekiti State Governor on Social Investment Programme and former member of the Ekiti State House of Assembly.
The event will be graced by dignitaries including the Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Ekiti Council, Com. Kayode Babatuyi; the Academic Board Chairman, Akogun Tai Oguntayo; State Commissioners; and other stakeholders in the field of journalism and education.
The matriculation ceremony marks an important milestone in the academic journey of the students.
