All road leads to Okemesi in Ekiti West Local Government Areas of Ekiti State as The Likes Group, Okemesi-Ekiti, under the leadership of The Mayor, Olusina Bode Adeoye, will this coming Saturday, June 10, 2023, hold an economic discourse, tagged: ‘Strategies For Creating Prosperous Community Following the Lead From United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals: Okemesi As Case Study,’ at Saint Michael Multi-Purpose Hall, Okemesi-Ekiti at 12 noon.
It will also invest it’s new executive council, whose tenure will run from 2023 to 2024.
According to a release made available to TopNewsng.com Online by the Chairman of the Organising Committee, Dr Bayo Ogunyemi, the Guest Speaker is a former chairman of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, CIBN, and Chief Executives Officer, CEO, of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group, NESG, Mr. Laoye Jayeola; while the keynote speaker is Federal University of Technology, Akure, FUTA’s Professor Taiwo Eniola Mafimisebi of the Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics.
The Royal Father of the day is the Ọwá-Oòyè of Okemesi-Ekiti, His Royal Majesty, Oba Michael Gbadebo Adedeji, JP, CON, Ariyowonye II, while the Chief Host is the Mayor of the Likes Groups, Olúṣínà Bode Adeoye.
