The lawmaker representing Ekiti North Federal Constituency II (Moba/Ilejemeje/Ido Osi) in the House of Representatives, Akinlayo Kolawole Davison, has formally obtained his nomination form, expressing strong optimism about securing victory in the forthcoming electoral contest.
Akinlayo noted that his decision to run for second term was driven by the need to consolidate on the achievements recorded during his first tenure and to further advance the interests of his constituents.
Speaking with journalists shortly after obtaining the form, the lawmaker said he remains confident of widespread support from party members and the electorate, citing his track record in legislative performance and grassroots engagement.
According to him, his time in office has been marked by impactful representation, constituency projects and advocacy for policies that promote development.
Akinlayo further assured constituents of his readiness to intensify efforts in addressing critical issues affecting the district, including infrastructure, youth empowerment and economic growth.
