BEST GOVERNOR AWARD: LCDA CHAIR, AJIBADE HAILS GOVERNOR OYEBANJI ….describes it, “a well deserve HONOUR”

The Executive Chairman of Okemesi/Ido-Ile Local Council Development Area in Ekiti State, Hon. Sunday Owolabi Ajibade, has congratulated the Governor of the state, His Excellency Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji (aka BAO) over his decoration as the Independent Newspaper’s Governor of the Year 2023 in communities development based on his six point agenda (Good governance, Youth development and job creation, Human capital development, Agriculture and rural development, Infrastructure and wealth creation, Craft, culture and tourism development.

The congratulatory message was contained in a statement signed by the council boss and made available to TopNews in Ado-Ekiti, the state capital.

According to Hon. Ajibade, the award is well deserved considering the achievements of Governor Oyebanji in the last one and half years, especially in the areas of workers welfare, community development, youth and women empowerment, infrastructure upgrade as well as his inclusive government, which has put the state on an irreversible path of peace, progress and prosperity.

The All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain urged the Governor not to relent but see the recognition as a call for more service to the state.

He further pledged the readiness of the people of the LCDA that they would continue to support the governor’s administration and play all the necessary roles to enable his government record more successes.
