A 79-year-old woman, Mrs. Olufunke Mary Ilesanmi, has been reported missing in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, with her family appealing to members of the public for information that could lead to her safe return.
Mrs. Ilesanmi was reportedly last seen shortly after 5:00 p.m. around the Abaya Medi area of Odo Poly Road, Ado-Ekiti, on Monday.
According to a statement made available to TopNews in Ado-Ekiti by the family, she left home to attend to purchase something but has not returned and efforts to locate her have so far proved unsuccessful.
At the time she was last seen, Mrs. Ilesanmi was wearing a cream-coloured round-neck top and a wrapper.
The family said they are deeply concerned about her whereabouts and are appealing to anyone who may have seen her or have useful information to come forward.
A cash reward is also available for anyone who provides credible information that directly assists in locating Mrs. Ilesanmi and bringing her home safely.
