The Super Eagles of Nigeria has broken eleven years jinx after defeated their counterpart, the Bafana Bafana of South African on penalties Shootout at Stade dè la paix in Ivory Coast on Wednesday, in the ongoing 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
After a tensed play and impressive performances from the Super Eagles, the 90 minutes of play ended on a 1-1 draw.
Meanwhile, Nigeria will face DR Congo or Ivory Coast in final of the tournament.
