Following the successful elections of the new set of Executive committee members, the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN), Ekiti State chapter, has congratulated the Ondo State chapter of SWAN on another development in the history of the state.
According to a statement made available to TopNewsng by the Chairman; Alhaji Qozeem Oladapo and the Secretary; Comrade Bisi Omoyeni, says SWAN Ekiti commends various stakeholders and interest groups in Ondo SWAN for coming together to form a common front.
While advising the new Executive Committee members to work for unity of its members, SWAN Ekiti enjoined them to be above board and run an all-inclusive and open administration.
The body of Sports Writers in Ekiti therefore prayed that God will grant the Segun Giwa-led Executive Committee the wisdom and knowledge to pilot the affairs of Ondo SWAN successfully.
Meanwhile, Ekiti SWAN also used the medium to salute the leadership style of Comrade Deji Ogunsakin of NTA for leaving no stone unturned and for a successful polls.
“We also like to congratulate the Vice President, South West, Alhaji Ayodeji Ogunsakin on his successful efforts to ensure one indivisible SWAN in Ondo State”, the statement concluded.
